Our opinion on the Redding banquet starts with the concept that is an Event befote than a Menu. It’s an Event that transmits diferents social messages.

For this reason, our presentation is based in an actual line, customize, with “ touches of a Menu” and where the protagonist is our Guest.

The banquets have the exclusivity of the Restaurant, that’s why there is only one wedding in each service, in all the intalations of the Hotel.
