Our restaurant is based on quality, hard work and enthusiasm. We offer traditional dishes with modern twists where vegetables, meats, fish and seasonal products are prepared into dishes made with care and dedication.

Regional variety
At the hotel restaurant you can find many traditional regional dishes, such as the cod ajoarriero with Alavese potato foam, egg cooked in low temperature with vegetables and cured ham, the famous Palace croquettes and, lastly, a sweet touch with our goxua, a local dessert made with caramelised sugar and natural caramel ice cream.
